You’ll begin with a one-on-one Discovery Session, talk about your goals, learn about our coaching style, and experience the supportive Franklin Square community. Our certified coaches are here to guide you, answer every question, and help you find the best training fit. There’s no pressure—just clear steps toward results.

What to Expect

Schedule your Discovery Session online, in person, or over the phone. When you arrive, you’ll meet your coach, go over movement basics, and discuss your fitness goals. You’ll get an intro to our training model, meet some friendly faces, and get a feel for our facility and community. Afterward, you’ll have a clear plan for training and support that fits your goals perfectly.
